  • Handled over 300 legal matters representing victims of domestic violence and parents seeking to obtain equal access to their children, with substantial experience in retirement, high asset dissolution cases, post-judgment modifications, settlement negotiations, discovery, and court appearances
  • Represents underserved litigants through the SDCBA’s (San Diego County Bar Association) LRIS (Lawyer Referral and Information Service) Modest Means Panel
  • Represents service members on deployment under the SCRA (Servicemember’s Civil Relief Act) as a court-appointed volunteer attorney
  • Represented victims of domestic violence, including immigrants, and provided low cost legal services to them through a program at the Turning the Hearts Center
